During the discovery phase, we gather information conduct scans, and take photos of the location to understand the customer’s needs and requirements. As a company, we strive to uncover the true underlying reasons behind the customer’s request by asking the right questions and understanding the core of the situation.

Conceptualization

Once the design and planning are finalized and approved, we proceed with the production and installation of the project, followed by after-sales service and support.

In the conceptualization phase, we present the initial ideas and sketches to test if we have understood the project requirements correctly and if the style we have in mind aligns with the customer’s brand. This phase is crucial in establishing a general vision for the rest of the project. Once the concept is approved, we move on to the design phase.
